Quality Velocity A23 rims laced to Miche Primato Italian made hubs with smooth rolling sealed cartridge bearings.

The bearings are adjustable so they can be set while mounted to the bike.  

Tightening the qr levers can overtighten bearings in many hubs.

For maximum efficiency, adjust the bearing preload after mounting wheels.
